Pork Medallions with Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions & Tabasco Chipotle Sauce



8 oz. – Pork Tenderloin or Pork Loin Medallions

¼ cup – All-purpose Flour

¼ cup – Green Peppers,

¼ cup – Mushrooms, sliced

¼ cup – Onion, sliced

Tabasco Chipotle Sauce – LOTS!!!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Step 1. Preheat your frying pan to medium-high heat. Add the oil.

Step 2. Lightly coat the pork in flour. Add pork to the pan and season with salt & pepper.

Step 3. Once the pork is browned on one side, flip the pork over and add the vegetables.

Step 4. Once fully cooked, drizzle LOTS of Tabasco Chipotle Sauce and stir it in.

Step 5. Plate your beautiful entrée. Drizzle with more Tabasco Chipotle Sauce and enjoy!
