As well, the Original Series Portable Gas Grill can be converted to a Portable Gas Pizza Oven by removing the cast iron cooking grates and replacing them with the BakerStone Original Series, Professional Series or Commercial Series Patented Pizza Oven Box (Sold Separately) or converted to a Portable Gas Griddle by removing the cast iron cooking grates and replacing them with the BakerStone Original Series Cast Iron Griddle (Sold Separately).
